Registration Guidelines

You can register for the conference using the online registration system on the conference website. All participants must register online, we will not accept any registrations by email, fax, or postal mail.

Conference registration covers conference attendance, refreshment breaks and lunch for the duration of the event. Each participant will receive a bag of conference materials and a name badge.

To qualify for the student rate, you will need to provide proof of student status.

Note: Payment must be SENT by 30 September 2019 to qualify for the early bird rate. Standard registration deadline is 15 November 2019


As part of the registration process, you will be invited to create a username and password. This will allow you to log into the conference website and to download letters of invitation and your receipt of payment. Please note that we will only accept registration online and that a credit card is required for payment. Thai participants will have the additional option to pay via bank transfer.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by credit card. Interbank transfers within Thailand are available for Thai participants only. We regret that we cannot accept any international bank transfers.


A confirmation will be sent via email after your payment is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk mail folder. Please contact us at if you have any queries or issues.

Cancellation Policy

We will refund 50% of the registration fee for any cancellations made before Nov 10, 2019 (GMT+7). Refunds will not be available for any cancellations received on or after Nov 10, 2019.
